We specialise in providing just the barman to make cocktails at your event. You don’t need to know anything about cocktails, how to make them or have any specialist equipment such as shakers - we will help you along the way with what items we will provide and exactly what we need you to get so that we can make all the cocktails.

Over the years we have been to a multitude of events - birthdays, office parties, hen weekends, anniversary parties, wedding receptions, surprise farewell parties, team building events, Christmas events and corporate functions to name but a few! We can tailor our service to suit any function or event you have in mind.

8. •    All our barman have full insurance to cover both you and the barman in the event of any injury or damage caused.
   

COCKTAIL MENU

Choose from one of our four, specially designed cocktail menus thoughtfully compiled by Ben, an award-winning mixologist, retained exclusively to Hire The Barman.

The menu you choose will:

1. •    involve buying just four spirits - keeping the cost down
   

2. •    include a drink for every palette - all your guests will like at least one drink on the menu!
   

3. •    only involve ingredients available in the local supermarket - making the shopping list hassle free to purchase
   

4. •    offer a non-alcoholic cocktail for any children or ‘designated drivers’.
   

You can, of course, mix and match from the different menus or design your own menu - we can make any cocktail you want!

If you fancy, you can send us details of your event and Ben, our mixologist, will design you your own, personalised cocktail menu based on your preferences.  

Hire The Barman also has a full non alcoholic cocktail range - again giving you the option to pick from four menu options.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

1. Make a booking enquiry with us online or by calling us on 020 7288 2664.
   

1. We will contact you, take full details of the event, reserve you the right bartender(s) for your event to avoid disappointment further down the line, discuss how we can tailor our service to fit any event/ requirement you may have and answer any other questions. We will send you our full cocktail list for you to look through and decide on the best drinks for your event. If you don’t like our menu suggestions you can, of course, design your own cocktail menu.
   

1. Once you have chosen from one of our specially designed cocktail menus or designed your own cocktail list we will provide you with a full shopping list detailing everything (including recommended quantities) that you need to get hold of so that we can make the cocktails on the day of the event. The reason we do it this way is because it is much cheaper for you, however, if needed we can provide all the necessary ingredients too. We provide all the specialist barman tools we will need - you just need to find us somewhere to work from.
   

1. We will also send you full event notes, advice on glassware hire, send you through menus for the events and be on the end of the phone to answer any queries you may have.
   

1. We will call you 48 hours before the event to check everything is still going ahead and there are no last minute hiccups or problems with us being able to deliver you a hassle free service.
   

1. On the day of the event we will arrive thirty minutes prior to the agreed start time (we do not charge for this period). During this time we will set-up the bar area and become familiar with the venue so that we can deliver cocktails for the whole time you have booked us for. If you need the barman to stay for extra time, just agree this with them on the night.
   

1. We will call you in the days following the event to check everything went according to plan and that you are happy with the service provided.
   

FLAIR

If you fancy a bottle juggling Tom Cruise style ‘flair’ barman this is no problem - our barman can provide this and will be able to ‘wow’ you and your guests with their skills and tricks!

For that extra something, we can also arrange for a ‘flair show’ at your event. These shows are choreographed and  delivered by our pro bartenders who are currently ranked at the top of some of the worlds biggest competitions. These unique, spectacular shows can involve a mix of flair, fire flair, magic and also tandem routines. Please contact us for more details and prices.
