Hire The Barman offer the three services outlined below - pick from one of these or mix and match to suit your needs.

OPTION A - DRINKS ON ARRIVAL

Our barman will make a pre-selected cocktail of your choice for each of the guests to enjoy on their arrival at the reception. This can be something classic and traditional, a champagne cocktail or another drink of your choice and can be tailored to your budget.

OPTION B - AFTER DINNER COCKTAILS

Our most popular package, designed to fill that lull between the coffees and speeches ending and the evening event beginning.

Designed to give you the opportunity to toast all your guests and show your appreciation for them coming to your wedding by buying them all a cocktail, Hire The Barman will make each guest one cocktail* from a menu chosen by you using our Wedding Cocktail Menu (we can rebrand this menu to fit uniquely into your day if required). Many of our clients have also used this as a welcome drink for those attending the evening reception only.

OPTION C - COCKTAIL BAR

Hire The Barman can provide you with a full cocktail bar - you choose the drinks from our specially designed cocktail menu, make sure that the glassware and ingredients are at the venue prior to the event (we advise you on everything you need to supply by way of a shopping list) and our barman will come and shake them up for you. You decide on the number of hours you want the barman for, where you want them to work and if you want to run a free bar or a cash bar.
