Established in Autumn 2009, Hire The Barman has since staffed and made cocktails at over 1600 events from intimate house parties to corporate events as well as larger scale productions such as pop-up events, festival bars & brand activations.

We are passionate about innovation and creativity - always looking for new ideas and concepts that can help our customers to host successful, affordable events. We work very hard to make each event or project run as smoothly as possible, and provide unrivalled support to our customers. The advice that we offer to customers, along with our level of customer care, means that we have many long-standing relationships with clients.

Managing Director – Trevor Watt

This retired drummer (who once played with a well-known band that shall remain nameless) is our front of house. He’s the one that gets the emails you send us. He loves HTB so much that he created a job for himself - one day he arrived at the office uninvited and just started answering thephones. Turns out he has a natural way with clients so HTBs previous owner James hired him. Trevor has been running HTB since September 2014.


Detail Devil – Peter Gava

This art-lover and extreme-sports fanatic is our logistics guy. ‘PG’ (as we call him) makes sure everything gets where it needs to be at the time it needs to be there. He is also the brain behind our creative cocktail menus and can often be found ‘looking for inspiration’ at some of London’s finest watering holes…
