We are the data controller responsible for any personal data you provide to us through this website or our booking process. ## What we collect - Contact details you provide when enquiring: name, email, phone, event date, venue, guest count, brief notes. - Booking and invoicing details if you become a client. - Anonymous analytics data about how you use this website (page views, device type, referrer). ## How we use it - To prepare and send you a quotation in response to your enquiry. - To deliver the bar hire service you book, including coordinating with your venue. - To send service-related communications (booking confirmations, invoices, reminders). - To improve our website and service quality. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. ## Legal basis We process your data on the basis of (a) your consent when you submit an enquiry, (b) the performance of a contract when you become a booked client, and (c) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service. ## How long we keep it Enquiry data is kept for 24 months unless you become a booked client, in which case booking records are retained for 7 years to meet HMRC and insurance requirements.
