RA, COSHH, PLI, Personal Licence and TEN paperwork supplied to venue and your legal team automatically.
Bar built in your loading window, tested, dressed and ready for hall opening. Service runs through the show day, every day.
Pack-down inside the venue's strike window. Itemised pour report, lead-capture summary and recommendations within 72 hours.

We have current delivery experience at every major UK exhibition venue.
1m bars (single bartender, 30 serves/hr), 1.5m bars (2 bartenders, 90 serves/hr) and 2m bars (2 bartenders, 120 serves/hr). All bars wrappable in your brand artwork with 14-day lead time.
We work directly with the venue's official electrics contractor, fire marshall and security team. Stand-builder coordination handled (we plug into your stand build, we don't slow it down).
Daily refrigeration, restock and glassware washing managed in the venue's overnight window. Day-by-day stock burn tracked so day three doesn't run out at 2pm.
Bartenders briefed to introduce delegates to your stand team, create natural handovers from drink to conversation, and feed lead-capture forms into your CRM by close of play each day.
